For thirty-five years, Andres Fernandez has been a stand-up comic who has done it all. Sitcom, TV appearances, cruises, headlined clubs around the country, USO shows, documentaries, But performing? That's just the tip of the iceberg for this eccentric man of many talents who marches to the beat of his own drum. 

No stranger to hustle, Andres grew up above his father's bakery in Brooklyn and took his service industry chops national while working nightclubs. Then, in 2007, he decided to become a restaurateur. Ventura Harbor Comedy Club was just the beginning – Andres went on to open Andres Wine and Tapas, The Savory Cafe, The 805 Bar and Grilled Cheese, and The Copacubana. 

Running a comedy club while owning restaurants? Easy for this Energizer Bunny. Andres hosted shows nightly, performed stand-up, and promoted his businesses on local radio stations – all at the same time. 

Even a pandemic couldn't slow him down. Andres rekindled his love for sculpting and dove headfirst into filming a documentary in Havana, searching for his roots and answers to life's big questions (like, seriously, why do we always have to build everything?). 

With his businesses closed in December 2023, Andres is back to his roots – stand-up comedy and personalized Havana night parties he brings right to your house. He even launched educational tours to Cuba, kicking things off with a smashingly successful January 2024 trip. Andres sees this as the start of his life’s work, to be part of a movement to heal relationships between his country US- and his father’s country Cuba. 

Andres loves building, cooking, and performing, all with his own unique touch. He's even started sculpting clients in his spare time – because who needs a day off.
