Andres Fernandez Catering is a new catering company that will provide delicious and healthy meals right to your home!
I will be delivering meals to homes and businesses in the Ventura and Santa Clarita areas on Tuesdays every week launching fully in August, with the opportunity to start early.
Our full menu is below!
Our first featured Cuban special is a classic Cuban dish called Ropa Vieja, flank steak slowly cooked until the meat shreds on its own, cooked tomato sauce with onions and peppers. Served with white rice and black beans accompanied with sweet plantains. The meal is priced at $21.99 for one, or $80 for a family of four dinner, plus delivery.
